What You’ll Do - Lead and manage the finance function, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. - Establish and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures across global operations. - Deliver timely and accurate financial statements aligned with IFRS and regulatory standards. - Partner with the CEO and COO to provide financial insight that shapes business decisions and expansion plans. - Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and treasury management across multiple jurisdictions. - Manage audits, tax filings, and relationships with banks, regulators, and investors. - Build and mentor a high-performing finance team to support Nairagram’s growth trajectory.
