## Title: Financial Analyst

Job Summary

As a Remote Financial Analyst, you will analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to support key business decisions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders
  • Analyze trends, costs, revenues, and obligations to project future financial outcomes
  • Build financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
  • CFA, CPA, or ACCA certification
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling software is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or financial planning tools
  • Proven ability to thrive in a remote, team-oriented environment

Compensation

N500,000 per month
