Job Summary - Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - We are seeking a Financial Accountant (Planning and Reporting) to support our finance team in delivering accurate financial insights, driving compliance, and enhancing business decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial reports - Support the development of financial models and performance dashboards - Conductvariance analysis and track financial performance against budgets - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end management reports - Ensure timely financial compliance and audit support - Collaborate with business units to align forecasts with operational data - Maintain and improve financial reporting templates and tools - Assist in ERP and reporting system enhancements. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field - 4 - 7years’ experiencein financial planning, reporting, or audit - StrongExcel skills(financial modelling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) - Knowledge ofIFRS/GAAP reporting standards - Exposure toERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)is an advantage - Experience inOil & Gas, Energy, or FMCG sectorsis a plus.
