About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Financial Account Officer (Supervisor) position. This role oversees critical financial operations and ensures the accuracy and completeness of all accounting transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Company Account Operations (Revenue)

• Perform company accounting operations including amortisation of invoices, accruals for unbilled items, suspense accounts, and revenue recognition
• Daily posting and amortisation of invoices and credit notes into the accounting system

Revenue Trend Analysis

• Conduct monthly revenue trend analysis and review
• Compare financial information across different periods

Annual Audit and Internal Control Mechanisms

• Assist in financial audit processes and implementation of audit recommendations
• Conduct internal control assessments and provide recommendations

Financial Transaction Management

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial transactions including invoices, credit notes, receipts, subscriptions, CDRs, and bank reconciliation on a timely basis
• Submit monthly account reports for Billing to the Company Accountant
