About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage chargeback claim statuses, track payments and inventory, resolve customer escalations, and provide proactive insights on Agency Banking Business performance and financials.

• Confirm and monitor chargeback claim statuses
• Track payments and inventory
• Resolve customer escalations promptly
• Provide proactive insights on Agency Banking Business performance
• Report on financial metrics and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in fintech
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Must reside in Ajah and its environs
