## Title: Finance Officer

About the Role

Superflux International Limited is seeking a qualified Finance Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. You will play a critical role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and supporting the finance department's daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly age analysis of receivables
  • Process payments of statutory obligations including VAT and stamp duties, coordinate with collecting banks for receipts, and maintain relevant tax files
  • Manage payroll accounting and ensure appropriate entries are recorded to recognize full staff cost expenses
  • Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation between storekeepers' records and Sage balances
  • Provide backup support to the Treasury Officer as needed
  • Prepare and review monthly bank account reconciliations for assigned accounts, ensuring they are reviewed and signed off
  • Promptly prepare and post waybills and invoices
  • Maintain and update the fixed assets register and ensure depreciation entries are captured in Sage before month-end

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

Required Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years of post-graduation experience
