## Title: Finance Officer
About the Role
Superflux International Limited is seeking a qualified Finance Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. You will play a critical role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and supporting the finance department's daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly age analysis of receivables
- Process payments of statutory obligations including VAT and stamp duties, coordinate with collecting banks for receipts, and maintain relevant tax files
- Manage payroll accounting and ensure appropriate entries are recorded to recognize full staff cost expenses
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation between storekeepers' records and Sage balances
- Provide backup support to the Treasury Officer as needed
- Prepare and review monthly bank account reconciliations for assigned accounts, ensuring they are reviewed and signed off
- Promptly prepare and post waybills and invoices
- Maintain and update the fixed assets register and ensure depreciation entries are captured in Sage before month-end
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
Required Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of post-graduation experience
