Finance Manager- (Digital Freight/ Logistics)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and planning. You will manage payables, receivables, budgeting, cost control, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Manage payables, receivables, cash flow, and liquidity
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes
• Build financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and capital planning
• Evaluate capital expenditures and investment opportunities
• Ensure compliance with IFRS financial reporting and statutory requirements
• Manage taxes, statutory deductions, and regulatory filings
• Supervise accounting staff and maintain strong financial controls
• Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and tax authorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
• 6–8 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong FP&A, financial modelling, and regulatory compliance experience
• Experience in regulated, fintech, logistics, or technology environments is an advantage
