About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking a talented Finance Manager to join the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile financial data, create reports, and analyze the financial health of the company
• Oversee the finance department, including personnel matters for department managers
• Manage company budgets and establish budget guidelines for all departments
• Forecast company finances and create financial models
• Identify ways for the organization to cut costs and increase profits
• Assess financial risks
• Enforce policies and procedures that keep the company in compliance with financial regulations
• Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial issues
• Identify the best funding sources (bank loans, equity, or internal profits)
• Maintain the right balance between debt and equity to manage risks
• Allocate funds to different departments for operational efficiency
• Ensure liquidity by managing working capital effectively

Requirements

• NCE, OND, or Bachelor's Degree
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience
