About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen our finance function and help drive business growth. This is a strategic role for an agile, data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced consumer business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting for all outlets and central operations
• Partner with business leaders to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Provide clear insights and actionable recommendations to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in QSR, FMCG, retail, or hospitality sectors is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial systems and tools
• Excellent knowledge of management reporting, budgeting, and controls
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
