Finance Manager at People Capacity Management

About the Role

People Capacity Management is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Track company performance and provide financial insights
• Manage cash flow, company wallets, and bank accounts
• Ensure timely settlements, payouts, and reconciliations
• Monitor balances across payment platforms and wallets
• Oversee daily financial transactions (AP/AR, payroll, vendor payments)
• Ensure proper financial controls and approval processes
• Monitor financial risks, fraud trends, and transaction disputes
• Provide financial advice to management for business decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax and financial regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• ICAN/ACCA certification (or in progress)
• Experience with digital payments, fintech, or trading platforms
• Fintech industry experience
