Finance Manager at LEAM Consulting Limited

Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Manager to handle all financial transactions, prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, and contribute significantly to the company's financial operations. You will join a dynamic team that is expanding and seeking the right talent to strengthen its finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation to ensure accurate records of financial transactions
• Oversee the finance department, including personnel matters for department managers
• Manage company budgets and establish budget guidelines for all departments
• Identify ways for the organization to cut costs and increase profits
• Manage vendor information within the system, including setting up new vendors and maintaining existing vendor records
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree
• 3-4 years of proven work experience as a Finance Manager
• Experience in manufacturing companies is an advantage

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience operating spreadsheets and accounting software (QuickBooks or Sage 50)
• Proficiency in English and MS Office
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Professional certification is an added advantage
