Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our established organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with Nigerian and industry-specific regulations, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Key duties include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling tax filings, conducting audits, and overseeing budgeting and forecasting, particularly for oil and gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the organization
• Ensure financial compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Manage financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Prepare financial statements and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Handle tax filings and conduct audits
• Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments
• Monitor and report on financial metrics and performance

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in financial management
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA)
