About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager with a strong background in travel agency finance operations to join our client's team at Dolphin Estate, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 7 years of experience in the travel industry (TILA), including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, capable of overseeing financial management, reporting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow management
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory remittances and compliance with tax regulations
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and KPI analysis
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights
• Implement and maintain accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
• Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members
• Optimize financial operations with accounting software and technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA) qualification
• Minimum 7 years' experience in finance/accounting within the travel industry (TILA)
• At least 3 years' experience as a Manager or Supervisor
• Proven experience managing financial operations and leading teams

Required Knowledge, Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Pastel, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of statutory remittances and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Effective leadership and communication skills

Location Requirements

Must reside within close proximity to Dolphin Estate, Lagos.
