Finance Executive - Finance Reporting and Analyst at Konga Online Shopping Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, financial models, and long-term forecasts to support business strategy
• Prepare and analyze vertical and group financial statements, variance reports, and performance metrics
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities by analyzing financial data
• Collaborate with executives, finance teams, and department heads to align financial plans with business objectives
• Investigate discrepancies between actual and forecasted financial performance and provide recommendations
• Track and report key performance indicators to assess business performance
• Enhance financial reporting systems, automate processes, and ensure data accuracy
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies
• Prepare and submit ecommerce weekly reports
• Supervise monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
• Review and reconcile monthly inter-company account balances
• Ensure real-time posting of all financial transactions
• Supervise the accurate preparation of verticals' monthly finance reports
• Review, approve general journals and ledgers, and post fixed assets at month end
• Prepare group share costs and advise verticals
