Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Finance Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for recording and maintaining accounting records, preparing financial statements, and generating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily sales reports
• Confirm all payments into collection accounts
• Ensure proper implementation of internal control systems for effective financial management
• Process vendor and customer refunds
• Conduct daily reviews of ticketer reports to ensure revenue assurance
• Collaborate with business heads in implementing strategic policies to drive sales
• Compute financial metrics for management
• Monitor business line working capital to ensure good liquidity status
• Post and maintain appropriate ledgers
• Manage receivable and payable accounts
• Prepare and implement financial budgets for the business line
• Reconcile ticketer monthly sales with IATA reports from Amadeus

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc or B.Ed. in Economics or Finance
• Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA)

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Dynamics 365, SAGE, etc.)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of Power Pivot and DAX
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Foundation knowledge of Amadeus
• Strong listening skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask
