Finance & Credits Lead at Trusoft Limited

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Finance & Credits Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments of loans and other dues
• Issue invoices and statements accurately and efficiently
• Monitor overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts, following ethical and respectful procedures
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants using financial analysis and risk assessment tools, setting appropriate credit limits and monitoring customer creditworthiness
• Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures
• Collaborate with loan officers to ensure adherence to credit policies
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Analyze financial data and identify trends or potential risks
• Provide financial information and insights to management for decision-making
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records
• Comply with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal control procedures
• Participate in special projects and other functions as assigned by the Finance Manager and CEO
