Job Summary

The Finance and Operations Manager will oversee the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. This role combines strategic financial management with hands-on operational leadership to ensure sound decision-making, cost control, resource optimization, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of making cross-departmental performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards and company policies
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis with actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting, and audit requirements
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and external partners
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and supply chain activities to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery
• Monitor production, inventory, and resource utilization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA, or MBA)
• Minimum of 5–8 years progressive experience in finance, accounting, or operations management roles
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and operational process improvement
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, financial software, and data analytics tools
