A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Oversight
  • Lead financial planning aligned with corporate and development strategy.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
  • Provide financial analysis to support investment and development decisions.
  • Advise leadership on financial risk and capital allocation.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
  • Manage full-cycle accounting (GL, AP, AR, payroll oversight).
  • Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements across multiple SPVs or projects.
  • Oversee audit processes and statutory reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP (as applicable).
Real Estate Development Finance
  • Monitor project-level budgets and cost tracking.
  • Oversee development drawdown processes and lender reporting.
  • Manage escrow accounts and construction cash flow planning.
  • Track capital expenditures and project contingencies.
  • Coordinate with project and development teams on cost control reporting.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
  • Manage company-wide cash flow forecasting.
  • Oversee banking relationships and financing facilities.
  • Ensure timely debt servicing and covenant compliance.
  • Optimize working capital and liquidity.
Tax & Compliance
  • Manage corporate tax, VAT, and property-related tax obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors.
  • Maintain corporate governance documentation for all entities.
Administration & Corporate Services
  • Oversee office administration and corporate services functions.
  • Manage insurance policies, licenses, and renewals.
  • Supervise document control, corporate filings, and contract archiving.
  • Support HR administration (contracts, payroll coordination, compliance).
  • Establish and maintain operational policies and procedures.
Systems & Controls
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls.
  • Oversee ERP/accounting systems.
  • Improve reporting dashboards and financial transparency.
  • Strengthen financial governance across development and asset management functions.
Stakeholder & Investor Reporting
  • Prepare investor and board financial reports.
