## Title: Finance and Accounts Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a Finance and Accounts Manager to oversee all financial and accounting operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong competence at a managerial level in both finance and accounts, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial and accounting operations of the organization
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and management reports
- Manage cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Supervise account operations including payables, receivables, and reconciliations
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Provide strategic financial insights to support management decision-making
- Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and regulatory bodies
- Perform other finance and account-related duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a reputable institution
- 5–7 years of proven experience in finance and accounting at a managerial level
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent (strongly desired)
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong competence in both finance and accounts
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Working Arrangements
Willingness to work Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays is required for this position.
