Field Sales Representative at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative with at least one year of experience in FMCG, preferably in the beauty and personal care sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, growing market share, managing customer relationships, and ensuring effective product visibility within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential customers within assigned territory to promote and sell beauty products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
• Ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and visibility in stores
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments
• Provide daily and weekly reports on field activities and sales performance
• Execute promotional activities and product sampling campaigns as required
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales within the FMCG sector (beauty and personal care product experience is advantageous)
• OND/HND qualification in any related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good knowledge of the assigned territory and FMCG market dynamics
• Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
