Field Sales Representative

About the role: - Commission-only for the first 30 days - You’ll sell tissue paper and related products - Target customers: distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, offices - Focus territory: Abuja (and nearby locations where applicable) - Commission is paid only on paid orders What success looks like in 30 days: - Daily prospecting and follow-up within Abuja - Closed and paid orders (not promises) - Clear daily activity and pipeline reports - No activity = no continuation. This role is for you if: - You’ve sold before (any industry, FMCG preferred) - You know your way around Abuja or can navigate it confidently - You’re comfortable working on commission - You can work without being chased - You’re organised enough to report daily - You’re hungry and results-driven Do NOT apply if: - You need a fixed salary - You dislike cold calls, follow-ups, or field work - You hate reporting - You’re “just testing the waters”
