Position Overview: - We are seeking an experienced Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and expand market presence within the cosmetics/FMCG sector. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales across wholesale and local markets - Manage modern trade channels (supermarkets, pharmacies, beauty chains, retail outlets) - Build and maintain strong distributor and retailer relationships - Negotiate trade terms and achieve sales targets - Identify business opportunities and expand product distribution Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum 2+ years’ experience in cosmetics or FMCG sales - Proven experience with local and modern trade markets - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills - Good understanding of cosmetics products and market dynamics - Existing market network is an added advantage.
