A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: - The Field Sales Marketer is responsible for driving business growth by actively sourcing new clients, promoting the company’s products and services, and converting leads into sales through direct, face-to-face engagement. - This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who can represent the company professionally in the field and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, site walk-ins, networking, and referrals. - Promote and sell the company’s products and services, clearly communicating value and benefits to clients. - Generate qualified leads and convert them into confirmed sales. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities. - Work closely with the office, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and delivery. - Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maintain long-term relationships. - Meet or exceed agreed weekly and monthly sales targets. - Provide regular reports on field activities, leads generated, conversions, and market feedback. Required Qualifications: and Experience - Previous experience in field sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage. - Experience in furniture, interiors, construction, or related industries is desirable but not essential. - Full UK driving licence. Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Confident and persuasive sales approach with good negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field. - Target-driven mindset with resilience and persistence. - Basic understanding of marketing and customer engagement strategies. - Ability to represent the company professionally at all times.
