## Title: Field Sales Manager

Job Summary

We're hiring a highly personable professional to drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to the overall success of our customer base. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the voice of the company by managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Lead and coach the sales team to improve performance and productivity
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales with operations and customer service
  • Identify untapped local markets and develop tailored strategies to penetrate them
  • Build brand awareness in areas with limited exposure through local events, partnerships, and word-of-mouth campaigns
  • Conduct field visits to understand customer behavior, competitor presence, and distribution challenges
  • Collaborate with local influencers, community leaders, or cooperatives to drive adoption and credibility
  • Coach team members on sales techniques and contribute to overall team performance as a team player

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in financial services or fintech
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Demonstrable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Impeccable communication skills with experience making in-the-moment decisions in a FinTech environment
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset and strategic thinking ability
