## Title: Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through active field engagement, relationship building, and strategic sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, and prospecting
  • Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential clients
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet assigned revenue targets
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
  • Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct competitor analysis and report market intelligence to management
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, events, and trade shows

Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor's Degree
