## Title: Field Sales Agent
About the Role
An established company is seeking a highly motivated and tenacious Field Sales Agent to actively promote and sell products and services directly to clients and retailers within an assigned territory. The primary focus of this role is expanding the customer base, meeting sales quotas, and providing excellent on-the-ground customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Prospecting
- Actively prospect, identify, and pursue new sales leads and opportunities within the designated geographical territory
- Conduct direct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the market
- Address customer inquiries, manage feedback, and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure consistent follow-up with customers to secure repeat business and generate referrals
Market Information and Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies, reporting insights back to the Sales Manager
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and outstanding payments using company sales tools or reporting formats
- Submit timely and accurate daily and weekly sales reports and sales forecasts
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE). A National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) is preferred
- Experience: Previous experience in field sales, marketing, or direct customer-facing roles

- Ability to work independently, handle rejection, and thrive under pressure
