Role Summary
The Field & Marketing Support Staff will be responsible for executing field activities, enhancing market visibility, and supporting the sales and marketing teams in achieving business objectives. This role requires effective communication skills, strong customer engagement abilities, and a high level of professionalism. Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical industry will have a distinct advantage.
Location & Compensation
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Candidates must reside on the Island, preferably Lekki Phase 1)
Salary Range: ₦120,000 – ₦200,000 monthly, based on qualifications and experience
Key Responsibilities
- Execute field marketing activities to promote company products across designated territories
- Conduct visits to customers, distributors, retail outlets, and strategic partners to strengthen relationships and enhance brand presence
- Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, customer insights, and emerging opportunities
- Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, product activations, and promotional events
- Ensure proper merchandising, branding, and visibility of company products at retail points
- Facilitate order follow-ups, track customer requests, and provide timely feedback to internal teams
- Prepare and submit structured field activity reports, summaries, and performance updates
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to align field execution with overall business strategy
Qualifications & Requirements
- OND, HND, or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sciences, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in field operations, sales, or marketing support
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a strong added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders
