Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Install inverters and stabilizers according to standard operating procedures
• Respond to all faulty service requests from customers via the Service Controller
• Ensure proper functioning of products after installation and field service requests
• Provide comprehensive training to customers on product functionality
• Liaise with customers regarding product status after installation and field service requests
• Perform additional functions as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in Engineering or equivalent
• 2–3 years of relevant and progressive experience
• Good business communication skills, both written and verbal
• Expert presentation and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and outlook
• Strong business ethics
