Key Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues with the team on the field
• Prepare system activity and performance reports
• Provide user support by diagnosing network problems and implementing technical solutions
• Use computer software to prepare and evaluate network diagrams and site configurations
• Handle escalated incidents and properly document incident resolution activities with root cause analysis
• Perform installation and testing of equipment in compliance with customer requirements and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• First Degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline
• 3-5 years' experience in the Telecommunication Sector
• Training or certifications in Wireless Radio Communication (Aviat, Dragon, Cambium, Mikrotik)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must reside in Bogije or surrounding area
