Field Credit Officer

Key Responsibilities: - Source and onboard eligible loan customers. - Conduct field verification of applicants’ residence, business, and guarantors. - Assess creditworthiness and prepare credit reports. - Support loan disbursement processes. - Monitor loan usage and ensure compliance with loan terms. - Track repayments and follow up on overdue accounts. - Carry out field recovery on delinquent loans when required. - Maintain accurate repayment and recovery records. - Educate customers on loan terms and repayment schedules. - Resolve customer complaints related to loans. - Maintain positive relationships with clients and guarantors. Education: - B.Sc / HND / OND at the minimum. - Basic Knowledge in accounting, finance and mathematics - Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in SME Loan or Merchant Lending - Previous work Experience or training in sales (Preferred).
