Field Collection Officer at Pennylender Limited

Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Field Collections Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain proper documentation and drive timely collections to minimize portfolio risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date loan records and ensure proper documentation
• Monitor repayment schedules and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections
• Reconcile loan accounts and prepare daily and weekly reports
• Support the Risk and Collections team in managing default cases
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years' experience in loan disbursement, collections, or related financial role (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial record-keeping
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and accountability
