Job Summary

The Field Technical Support Associate is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and supervision of customer connectivity projects to ensure high-quality service delivery. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

The role involves coordinating with third-party vendors, supervising onsite installations, ensuring compliance with field support standards, and providing timely technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate site surveys with third-party vendors and interpret survey reports
• Supervise onsite installations, OFC deployment, and handover to Operations
• Install and configure customer premises equipment (CPE)
• Ensure compliance with field processes, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Document after-build and as-built reports accurately
• Troubleshoot onsite technical issues and ensure SLA compliance
• Manage deployed company assets at customer sites

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Engineering or related discipline
• CCNA certification (advantageous)
• Good knowledge of IP networking, structured cabling, and AutoCAD drawings
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when required
