Job Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee feedmill operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production staff, maintaining equipment efficiency, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily feed production operations and supervise production staff
• Schedule shifts and monitor staff attendance
• Ensure effective maintenance and smooth operation of all feedmill equipment
• Conduct quality control checks on finished feeds
• Implement process improvements and adopt relevant new technologies
• Train staff on safety and operational procedures
• Maintain accurate production and usage records
• Work with supervisors to ensure efficient and cost-effective production
• Lead and motivate staff to meet performance expectations
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and feed production regulations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc. Degree or HND qualification in Animal Science, Animal Production & Health, or a related discipline
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in feed-mill or agro-processing production
• Strong technical knowledge of feed formulation and mill operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and production documentation
