The role involves data recording, power monitoring, manpower coordination, and enforcing discipline for smooth factory operations. Key Responsibilities - Record and update production data, machine hours, and raw material usage. - Monitor power and diesel consumption; prepare usage reports. - Track attendance, shift allocation, and staff productivity. - Maintain order, discipline, and safety within the factory. - Support communication between production, maintenance, and admin teams. Qualifications - OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field. - 2–4 years’ experience in manufacturing or factory operations. - Proficient in Excel and data reporting. - Strong analytical, coordination, and leadership skills.
