## Title: Factory Assistant – Skincare Production
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to support skincare product manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.
Major Responsibilities
- Support quality control checks during production
- Assist in the production of skincare products, including mixing, filling, packaging, and labelling
- Operate basic factory equipment under supervision
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area
- Arrange and organize raw materials and finished goods
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for skincare production
- Report equipment faults or material shortages to the supervisor
Requirements
- SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience in a skincare or cosmetics factory (advantageous)
- Excellent hygiene and personal neatness
- Physical fitness for standing, lifting, and performing manual tasks
- Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
