## Title: Facility Technician
Job Summary
This role supports the Facility Lead in maintaining building facilities and equipment while delivering top-quality service to users. You will ensure the facility operates effectively and efficiently, performing essential technical and maintenance tasks across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform essential technical tasks related to facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and general repair work
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify hazards and implement risk mitigation measures
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, systems, and structures within the facility
- Ensure that facilities are well-maintained and that repairs are executed promptly and efficiently
- Manage the facility's space, including allocating areas for different functions, coordinating moves and changes, and assisting with design and layout
- Organize and maintain accurate records of all facility maintenance activities
- Manage the facility's environmental impact and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum OND in a relevant field
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience
- Technical knowledge of facility management systems
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and willingness to work flexible hours
