About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Facility Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing all facility operations, maintenance, and compliance to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and respond to staff complaints and maintenance requests, coordinating and updating work orders
• Conduct periodic inspections and preventive maintenance of all company facilities and accommodation
• Plan, budget, and execute maintenance and repair works ensuring cost effectiveness, quality, and timely completion
• Oversee contractors and maintenance teams, building strong relationships with service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies while driving continuous improvement in service delivery
• Demonstrate technical knowledge of building materials and systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Estate Management
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and internet applications
