## Title: Facility Officer - Mechanical Technician

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Facility Officer specializing in mechanical systems.

Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, pumps, generators, and fire-fighting systems
Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in line with facility management standards
Ensure mechanical systems comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Provide technical support during facility upgrades, renovations, and new equipment installations
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports for all mechanical operations
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other technical staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
Respond promptly to mechanical emergencies and service requests
Support energy conservation initiatives by ensuring efficient use of mechanical equipment
Assist in budget planning by recommending spare parts, tools, and equipment procurement
