## Title: Facility Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Officer to join our team at Sageto Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, providing a safe and healthy environment for employees, visitors, and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire safety standards, and environmental policies
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility-related services
- Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules and budgets
- Provide support for events and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in facilities management or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in facility management or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
