Facility Officer (AC Technician) at Euracare Multi-Specialist Hospital

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in facility management. You will provide critical support to the facility manager, coordinating routine and periodic maintenance of the hospital's infrastructure and amenities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage unplanned maintenance, repairs, and recovery for the facility with emphasis on HVAC systems
• Monitor and ensure contractor work is completed satisfactorily, following up on any deficiencies
• Support the facility manager in addressing occupational health and safety (OSH), infection control, and waste management policies
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on facility activities, OSH hazards, incidents, and near misses
• Prepare risk assessments and incident reports as required
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and urgent issues
• Maintain detailed logs of complaints, responses, response times, component replacements, and associated costs
• Support continuous maintenance and long-term facility planning and improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum OND or HND; BSc Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in facility management duties
• Demonstrated ability to manage primary to secondary level HVAC repairs and mechanical maintenance assignments
• Hands-on experience in generator maintenance, HVAC repairs, and water treatment (pumps and compressors)

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: N200,000 - N220,000 per month
