About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Facility Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Property Management, Building Technology, Facility Management, or related field
• At least 4 years of professional experience managing residential properties
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance procedures, and health & safety regulations in luxury residential settings
• Proven ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers efficiently
• Experience managing budgets, procurement, and preventive maintenance programs
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with Lekki and its environs is an advantage
