## Title: Facilities Manager
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lekki. You will oversee the maintenance and operations of building systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and functionality across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate their activities
- Manage facilities budgets and control operational costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules
- Liaise with vendors and manage supplier relationships
- Implement proactive problem-solving strategies to maintain a safe and efficient workplace environment
- Perform hands-on facility management as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong facilities management experience with knowledge of building maintenance and operational systems
- Project management and budget management skills
- Proficiency in safety standards, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Problem-solving capability and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role in the real estate or property development industries
