Facilitator – Furniture & Woodwork

Position Overview:   - Majeurs Academy, a subsidiary of Majeurs Holdings, is committed to training and empowering young talents with practical and industry-relevant skills. - We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Facilitators to deliver both theoretical and hands-on practical training. Key Responsibilities: - Provide theoretical knowledge and practical training in furniture making and woodworking. - Guide students in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools. - Oversee production of practical projects. - Ensure compliance with workshop safety standards. Required Qualifications: & Experience - OND/HND/Trade Test in Wood Technology, Carpentry & Joinery, or related discipline. - Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in furniture production. - Experience in training or mentoring apprentices is an advantage. - Good knowledge of modern woodworking techniques and machinery. General Requirements: - Passion for training and developing young talents. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to manage practical workshops effectively. - High level of professionalism and integrity.
