Fabric Store Intern at DO.II Designs Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fabric Store Intern to join our operations team at DO.II Designs Limited. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day management of our fabric store by maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring that the right materials are available to meet production demands.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate with an Accounting or Business background who is passionate about organization, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and organizing fabric inventory, ensuring accurate labeling and proper storage
• Monitor stock levels and support reordering to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Track fabric movement and usage throughout the production process
• Support the receipt, inspection, and documentation of fabric deliveries
• Assist in preparing fabric samples and providing materials to the production team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fabric storage area
• Prepare basic inventory and usage reports using Excel or other tools
• Participate in periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliations
• Support the team with administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic record-keeping tools
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge of fabric types or manufacturing operations is an added advantage
