About This Opportunity

COOPI (Cooperazione Internazionale) is inviting expressions of interest from competent and established companies, suppliers, and service providers for prequalification in the 2025-2026 supplier exercise.

Eligible Locations

Suppliers based in or able to service the following states are encouraged to apply:

• Kaduna
• Katsina
• Benue
• Plateau

Categories of Interest

Interested suppliers may apply in one or more of the following categories:

EOI-01: Generator Sets

• 30KVA, 50HZ, 1500RPM, 3-Phase, Super Silent (Sound Proof)
• Includes transportation to COOPI office, installation, and commissioning
• Required for: Plateau, Benue, Kaduna, and Katsina (4 units)

EOI-02: Complete Solar Setup

• 15 x 580 Watts Solar Panels
• 10kWh Felicity IVEM Hybrid Inverter
• 15kWh Lithium Battery
• Accessories: Change Over, Cables (10mm and 6mm), Breaker, Surge Protector, Cable Lock, Iron Rail, Nails, Screws, Thunder Arrestor
• Includes labour and installation cost
• Required for: Plateau, Benue, Kaduna, and Katsina (4 units)

EOI-03: Fireproof Cash Safe

• Alloy Steel construction
• 5 cubic feet capacity
• Key-lock opening and closing mechanism
• Required for: Plateau, Benue, Kaduna, and Katsina (4 units)

EOI-04: Vehicle Hire

• Includes fuel and driver
• Framework agreement for 1 year
• Details to be provided in quotation
• Required for: Plateau, Benue, Kaduna, and Katsina (4 units)

Required Documents for Submission

Applicants must submit the following documentation:

• Cover page indicating category(ies) of interest and related LOT number(s)
• Supplier company profile with registered address(es), official email address, and phone numbers of key personnel
• Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) registration
• Evidence of experience in the relevant business area, including copies of at least 2 Purchase Orders (POs) if available
• Recent supplier Tax Clearance certificate for 2024
• Evidence of financial capability
• Evidence of registration with professional organizations or regulatory bodies (if applicable)
