Job description

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: - The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans that attract customers, strengthen brand presence, drive revenue growth, and support the overall business objectives of the company. The role requires leadership, data-driven decision-making, creativity, and strong coordination across teams. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Planning: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals - Prepare and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning - Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions Brand Management & Communications: - Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels - Oversee content creation for digital, print, and promotional materials - Manage corporate communications, campaigns, and product launches - Coordinate public relations and media engagements where applicable Digital & Performance Marketing: - Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising - Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics - Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion strategies - Manage website content and digital assets Sales Support & Revenue Growth: - Collaborate with sales teams to support revenue growth initiatives - Develop promotional campaigns, offers, and go-to-market strategies - Monitor customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on marketing investment (ROMI) - Support product pricing, promotions, and market entry strategies Team Leadership & Collaboration: - Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team and external vendors - Set performance targets and ensure accountability - Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer service teams - Manage relationships with agencies, designers, and content creators Reporting & Analytics: - Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management - Track KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
