Responsibilities
- Lead the business development team to achieve revenue targets

- Design and execute marketing and growth plans
- Provide leadership and performance oversight for field officers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in healthcare business development
- Proven track record in client acquisition and partnership management
- Leadership and team coordination skills
