## Title: Experienced Housekeeper

About the Role

Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited seeks a dedicated and experienced housekeeper to maintain our facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Keep facilities clean and well-maintained
  • Perform floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
  • Clean and stock restrooms
  • Clean up spills using appropriate equipment
  • Notify managers of necessary repairs or maintenance issues
  • Collect and dispose of trash appropriately
  • Assist guests when necessary
  • Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, arranging towels, and restocking toilet supplies
  • Keep the linen room properly stocked
  • Clean upholstered furniture
  • Gather arrival and departure reports
  • Work with the front desk to arrange special requests and welcome amenities
  • Attend hotel meetings
  • Handle lost and found articles found in rooms
  • Respond to guest requests promptly
  • Place soiled linen in containers for laundry
  • Examine and count linen items before sending to laundry and upon return
  • Maintain proper records of discards and determine discard percentages
  • Perform detailed deep cleaning when required
  • Complete any additional assignments from the Line Manager or Management

Requirements

  • Minimum SSCE or OND qualification in a relevant field
  • Minimum of three years' housekeeping experience
  • Candidates residing near Ogba will be more favorably considered
