## Title: Experienced Housekeeper
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this housekeeping position. You will be responsible for maintaining clean, well-organized facilities and providing excellent service to guests.
Functional Responsibilities
- Keep facilities clean and properly maintained
- Perform vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors
- Clean and stock restrooms
- Clean up spills using appropriate equipment
- Notify managers of necessary repairs
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Assist guests when necessary
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, arranging towels, and restocking toilet supplies
- Keep the linen room properly stocked
- Clean upholstered furniture
- Gather arrivals and departures reports
- Work with the front desk to arrange special requests and welcome amenities
- Attend hotel meetings
- Handle lost and found articles found in rooms
- Respond to guest requests promptly
- Place soiled linen in containers and send to laundry
- Examine and count each linen item when sending to laundry and again upon return
- Maintain proper records of discards and determine discard percentages
- Perform detailed deep cleans when required
- Complete any other assignments from the Line Manager or Management
Requirements
- Minimum SSCE or OND qualification in any relevant field
- Minimum of three years' housekeeping experience
- Preference given to candidates living in proximity to Ogba
