## Title: Front Office Personnel
About the Role
A reputable hotel organization is seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organized Front Office Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records and billing
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, transportation, and dining options
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and room availability
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests
- Operate the hotel's front office systems (PMS) and maintain updated data
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and prepare shift reports accurately
- Uphold hotel policies, grooming standards, and service quality at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree qualification
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
