## Title: Front Office Personnel

About the Role

A reputable hotel organization is seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organized Front Office Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records and billing
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, transportation, and dining options
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and room availability
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests
  • Operate the hotel's front office systems (PMS) and maintain updated data
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and prepare shift reports accurately
  • Uphold hotel policies, grooming standards, and service quality at all times

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree qualification
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
